Ordering Information

Effective November 2, 2009, Departmental Software Sales will only accept software and laptop leasing orders via HokieMart.  The new process eliminates the need for paper ISRs, however, the following forms are still required:

  • Order Form
  • Signed License agreement (if required, see product page)

Activation Codes

For security purposes, software activation codes are no longer printed on media.  All codes will be sent to the e-mail address listed on the Order Form.


Large Orders

For LARGE orders, please call Software Distribution before submitting an ISR.


Off-Campus Shipping

The university has adopted new shipping policies. Because of these policies, all software shipped to off-campus locations will be charged for shipping and handling. The following charges will apply:

1 to 2 CDs/DVDs — $3.00
3 to 4 CDs/DVDs — $4.00
5 to 6 CDs/DVDs — $5.00
7 to 9 CDs/DVDs — $6.00

Thanksgiving Break: 

  • Wednesday, November 25th,  Open 8am to noon
  • Thursday & Friday, November 26th & 27th,  Closed

Winter Break:

  • Thursday, December 24th thru Friday, January 1st,  Closed
  • Monday, January 18th,  Closed

Please use the pick-up window at 3240 Torgersen Hall.

To find us, come up to the third floor of Torgersen Hall and our office is at the north end of Torgersen Bridge (opposite of the Newman Library entrance).
