Effective November 2, 2009, Departmental Software Sales will only accept software and laptop leasing orders via HokieMart. The new process eliminates the need for paper ISRs, but Departmental Software Order Forms (DSOFs) and License Agreements are still required. Orders submitted to Software Distribution will be reviewed according to specific guidelines before the purchase order is finalized. If a software product may be legally transferred or removed from a University computer after installation, Departmental Software will allow a return within 14 days of the purchase, provided this product is still in stock.
Please Note: Microsoft Operating System software may NOT be transferred after installation.
