SSL Certificates
Thawte Certificates are no longer available. They are being replaced by Virginia Tech Global Server certificates. Go to www.pki.vt.edu for more information.
EndNote Information
EndNote X5 is now available for download at network.software.vt.edu.
HokieMart Information
Effective November 2, 2009, Departmental Software Sales will only accept software and laptop leasing orders via HokieMart. The new process eliminates the need for paper ISRs, but Departmental Software Order Forms (DSOFs) and License Agreements are still required. Orders submitted to Software Distribution will be reviewed according to specific guidelines before the purchase order is finalized. For more information on how to submit an order, go to the How to Order page.

- Adobe — Information about a limited number of Adobe products can be found on this web site. Other Adobe products are available. If there is an Adobe product that you are interested in and you do not find it here, contact Departmental Software Distribution.
- Microsoft — Information about a limited number of Microsoft products can be found on this web site. Other Microsoft products are available. If there is a Microsoft product that you are interested in and you do not find it here, contact Departmental Software Distribution.
If a software product may be legally transferred or removed from a University computer after installation, Departmental Software will allow a return within 14 days of the purchase, provided this product is still in stock.
Please Note: Microsoft Operating System software may NOT be transferred after installation.
