The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through
competitive negotiations for a Business Intelligence System (BIS) by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University
(Virginia Tech, VT), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia that will fulfill the Business Intelligence requirements
at Virginia Tech, including both a system product and the services to implement that product.
